Hello, I have extender my account for 1 year, which is now valid until 05.07.25.
But now we have a connection problem with Autel. Under updates I always get a spinning circle. The email address no longer appears at the top left. I have already restarter Maxisys several times as well as the entire tablet. Without success. I've logged out and logged in again, but that didn't help either. WiFi is OK. What else could be the reason? Some vehicles require a direct online connection to Autel to read out the vehicle, but this does not work either.
